02 / The connected ecosystem

One connected system.
Your team in control.

An AI ecosystem isn't a mystery box. It's a set of connected jobs, each with clear inputs, rules, and approval points. Here's what a lead workflow can look like.

Example / New customer inquiryIllustrative workflow—not a live dashboard
From scattered to captured

Every inquiry gets a place to land.

A website form, email, or missed-call event can start the process. The system records the available details and flags missing information before the next step.

INPUT“I'd like a quote for weekly office cleaning.”
OUTPUT

A new inquiry with its source, contact details, and request.

03 / Services & pricing

Start with the bottleneck.
Not a huge commitment.

Starting ranges for straightforward implementations. We confirm deliverables, exclusions, and final pricing in writing before work begins.

Response

Instant lead response

Give new inquiries a useful acknowledgment and put their details in the right place for your team.

$300–$600one-time setup
Recovery

Missed-call recovery

Follow up on missed calls with an agreed text-message workflow, subject to consent and provider requirements.

$400–$750one-time setup
Reputation

Review request system

Send consistent, timed review requests after completed jobs—without filtering customers by expected rating.

$250–$500one-time setup
Organization

CRM intake & routing

Bring forms and inquiries into an organized pipeline with duplicate checks, ownership, and next steps.

$300–$750one-time setup
Consistency

Appointments & follow-up

Connect confirmations, reminders, no-show follow-up, eligible dormant-lead reactivation, and internal tasks.

Custom scopequoted before work
Ongoing support

System care

Keep approved workflows maintained with scheduled checks, troubleshooting, small updates, and reporting.

$99–$249/moscope-based support

Software subscriptions, texting, email, phone, and AI usage charges are separate from our service fees. We identify expected provider costs and obtain approval before activation. Complex integrations and larger changes need a separate scope.

Your next chapter
starts with a small pilot.

The 14-Day Growth Pilot gives you a focused prospecting and outreach process to evaluate before a monthly commitment.

What's included
  • Ideal-customer targeting
  • A focused batch of verified prospects
  • Personalized outreach drafts
  • Your approval before sending
  • Reply and opportunity tracking
  • An end-of-pilot performance report
Like the process? Keep it going.

Managed lead generation starts at $750/month. Continuation is your choice—not automatic.

Prospect volume and deliverables are agreed in your scope. Customers, booked calls, and revenue are not guaranteed.

04 / From idea to operation

Clear at every step.

We begin with the business problem, not a list of tools. You know what we're building, what it costs, and what happens next.

01 / MAP

Find the friction.

Document the trigger, current process, desired outcome, tools, and exceptions. Agree on scope and costs.

02 / BUILD

Connect the pieces.

Build the workflow using approved tools and accounts, with access limited to what the project needs.

03 / TEST

Check the real cases.

Test sample data, duplicate events, missing information, and failure paths. You review the result.

04 / HAND OFF

Launch with control.

Approve activation, receive training and documentation, and choose handoff or ongoing system care.

05 / Built for you. Controlled by you.

Your business.
Your systems.
Your call.

For client-owned installations, we build inside accounts your business controls whenever the platform allows. You keep your data, access, and the client-specific workflow deliverables defined in the agreement.

You're buying an implemented system—not ownership of a third-party AI model. Platform licenses and any reusable agency components are identified in your scope.

Discuss your automation
01

Your accounts & data

Core tools and billing stay in your company's name where possible. You control access and can remove us after handoff.

02

A documented handoff

Receive the workflow map, operating notes, reconnect steps, known limits, and guidance for pausing or restarting.

03

Clear access boundaries

Connect through platform invitations and approved secure methods. No passwords in shared documents.

04

Support on your terms

Take the system over or keep us for agreed maintenance. Monitoring frequency and response expectations are scoped—not an implied 24/7 promise.

The name behind the work

Built on courage.
Designed for clarity.

Tharos takes its inspiration from the Greek idea of courage and confidence. For us, that means using technology responsibly, being clear about what it can do, and building something your team can trust.

06 / Before we begin

Good questions.
Straight answers.

You shouldn't need to be an AI expert to understand what you're buying.

Who are these services for?

Service businesses with repetitive admin, missed inquiries, inconsistent follow-up, or a need for focused prospecting. Our initial lead-generation focus is locally owned commercial cleaning companies in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. Automation projects are assessed around the actual process and tools.

Will AI run everything without my involvement?

No. Automation can handle agreed repetitive tasks, while your team approves important decisions and handles exceptions. Every project defines what can run automatically, what needs review, and what happens when something fails.

Will outreach go out without approval?

New lead-generation engagements begin approval-first. You review prospect batches and messaging before sending. Routine responses in an automation run only under the rules you approve for that system.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Rule-based automation is often the better choice for predictable tasks. We use AI when summarizing, classifying, or drafting adds value—not simply to add another tool or charge.

Who owns the finished automation?

For a client-owned installation, your business controls its accounts, data, and the workflow deliverables defined in the agreement. Third-party platforms and AI models stay subject to their providers' terms. Any reusable agency components or licenses are disclosed before work begins.

What costs are separate from your fee?

Tools may charge for subscriptions, messages, phone usage, email volume, or AI usage. We identify expected charges, who pays them, and available spending controls before activation. The service fee does not imply unlimited third-party usage.

Do you guarantee customers or revenue?

No. We provide agreed research, outreach preparation, automation, and reporting. Results also depend on your offer, market, reputation, pricing, and sales process. The pilot helps you evaluate the process; it isn't a guaranteed sales outcome.

How long does setup take, and what do you need?

Timing depends on the scope, tools, and access required. We confirm a timeline after discovery and before work begins. Typically, we need a walkthrough of the current process, sample data, an approval contact, and limited access through the relevant platforms.

What happens after launch?

You receive the agreed documentation and training. You can manage the system internally or choose scoped system care. New integrations, major changes, and additional services are quoted separately.

Let's build something useful.

What's slowing
you down?

Tell us about your business, the tools you use, and the work you'd like to stop doing manually. We'll start with a conversation—not a software subscription.
